We are customer of 360 Bathware for more than a decade. Couple of months ago we needed to change our induction cooker. Miss Lee of 360 Bathware patiently helped to source for most suitable replacement bearing in mind the cut out dimension of existing cooker. Miss Lee has amazing product knowledge. She is extremely efficient. Today we needed to replace a broken WC seat cover. She showed us how to replace. The transaction was done speedily. We are thankful to 360 Bathware.

I purchased my bathroom fittings and accessories from 360 bathware. Their shop may look small and humble, however, they do offer quite a wide selection of bathroom accessories. Miss Lee, the staff is very patient in assisting with with the designs and recommended products for their quality. Their pricings are also very very reasonable. She also provide after sales service, as I had an issue with one of the toilet bowl I purchased, she helped to contact the brand supplier and assist accordingly. For my next home, I'll be happy to come back =)

My pulling kitchen faucet hose leaks and i am having difficulty looking for a spare part. After google for a shop, i called 360 Bathware and made an enquiry. I went to their shop unfortunately they has no spare parts for the thing that i want but this gentleman went extra miles take the hose from the new kitchen faucet and sell it to me.
